Victoria Mancinelli
Victoria Mancinelli is this year’s JNF Hamilton Negev Dinner Honouree, continuing her family’s legacy as a third-generation recipient—her father and grandfather were honoured 25 years ago. As Director of Public Relations, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships for the Labourers International Union of North America (LiUNA), Victoria is a trailblazer in advocacy and community building. She empowers marginalized communities, champions women and girls, and drives economic development.
Her leadership and contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award, the CIBPA Woman of the Year Award, and the King Charles III Coronation Medal. Victoria’s efforts against gender-based violence led to the creation of the Victoria and Friends Emergency Shelter in partnership with Interval House of Hamilton, supporting women and children fleeing abuse and human trafficking.
Her leadership extends to numerous boards and initiatives, including the Ontario Task Force for Women and Economy, the LiUNA Women in Trades Department, and the United Way Women’s Committee, where she continues to champion equity, safety, and opportunity.
A staunch advocate for Israel and the Jewish community, Victoria has courageously spoken out against antisemitism and hate. Her work has been recognized with the Hamilton Jewish Federation Presidents Award and the Spirit of Hope Award from the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center. She has raised her voice at key events, including the JNF Hamilton 2024 Negev Dinner, UJA Believe All Women Event, and the Lions of Judah Conference in Atlanta.
Through her advocacy, leadership, and unwavering dedication, Victoria exemplifies the values of JNF and is a truly deserving honouree for this year’s Negev Dinner.
