JNF Future presents our 3rd annual Women Who Slay event, highlighting passionate and hard working women who have carved out their own unique paths and spaces in their respective industries. From career changes, adversity, and challenges along the way, our panelists have each had journeys to finding joy in what they do.
Each year inspiring and women are chosen from various professional and life backgrounds, to share their stories, educate and inspire attendees.
Join us and kick off International Women’s Week with us for a moderated conversation with unapologetically Jewish and allied female voices, as we celebrate these empowering and inspiring women.
This year’s panel, moderated by Chana Ross, Holistic Leadership Coach, Women's Health Advocate, and Host of the "She Has the Audacity" Podcast, will include Maureen Leshem, Jewish Community Strategist, Robin Radomski, Creator of Blondeats & Founder of RAD Social and Digital, and Catherine MacInnis , Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Klick Inc.
Funds raised* from the event will go to supporting JNF Canada’s continued efforts in providing long term support, through social infrastructure projects, for Israel’s recovery post the October 7th, 2023 attacks.
Lights snacks and beverages will be served. Kashrut observed.

Chana Ross | Holistic Leadership Coach, Women's Health Advocate, and Host of the "She Has the Audacity" Podcast
Chana Ross is a passionate Holistic Leadership Coach, Women's Health Advocate, and Host of the "She Has the Audacity" Podcast. She is the Clinic Director and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Vital Physiotherapy & Wellness, a leading women's health and pelvic health physiotherapy clinic in midtown Toronto. Chana is dedicated to empowering her team, colleagues, and clients through coaching, mentoring, and education to see their inherent value and help support them to find their strength, from the inside out.
Renowned for her expertise in pelvic health, leadership, recovering from perfectionism and the realities of parenthood, Chana is a sought-after educator and speaker who inspires her clients to take charge of their health, mindset, lifestyle follow their purpose. She is a true champion for high-achieving women, helping them overcome perfectionist tendencies and align with their "why" to achieve their dreams.

Maureen Leshem | Jewish Community Strategist
Maureen Leshem is an energetic thinker with a deep understanding of people, and a unique propensity for sensing what is needed in any given situation. For over 35 years, Maureen has fiercely advocated for human rights and dignity, launching an award-winning charity that supported women and children who had fled domestic violence and human trafficking. Now, Maureen is redirecting her energy towards strengthening the Jewish community in the wake of Oct 7. Her authentic voice has become a beacon of hope for many in this painful moment in time.
Maureen is unafraid to challenge conventional thinking and brings groundbreaking, fresh ideas to the table. With an empathetic lens and an unmatched collaborative spirit, she is infusing new ways of thinking into the fight for Jewish civil rights. Maureen is available for volunteer opportunities, speaking engagements, and consulting projects with people and causes that align with her values.
Catherine MacInnis | Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary
Since joining Klick Inc. as General Counsel in 2021, Catherine has been pivotal in navigating the company’s complex legal landscape across global markets. At Klick, Catherine's role extends beyond traditional legal work; she actively manages both risk and legal portfolios with a forward-thinking approach that is attuned to the evolving challenges and opportunities in the healthcare, technology, and creative industries. Catherine’s leadership has reinforced Klick's commitment to innovation and compliance, creating a seamless balance between protecting the company's interests and enabling bold, strategic moves.
Before joining Klick, Catherine worked in private practice as a Commercial and Securities Litigator and served as Associate General Counsel for IBI Group Inc., a globally recognized design-driven technology firm headquartered in Toronto. At IBI, she not only helped grow the firm to over 3,300 employees worldwide but also built an award-winning law department known for its innovation in legal processes and compliance in a dynamic, regulated environment. Her contributions at IBI included the negotiation and drafting of high-stakes legal agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance as a publicly traded company, and setting robust risk management practices in place, all of which prepared her well for her next role.
Catherine’s journey into law began with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, followed by law school at Queen’s University, culminating in her call to the Ontario Bar in 2007. With a pragmatic understanding of global business needs and legal requirements, Catherine has consistently focused on finding effective solutions that align with her team’s goals. Her work demonstrates the value of thoughtful legal oversight in helping companies like Klick and IBI succeed in fast-paced, competitive environments.
Robin Radomski | Creator of Blondeats & Founder of RAD Social and Digital
Robin is the creator of Blondeats, a platform she launched 10 years ago to celebrate the city’s best bites, now generating nearly half a million monthly organic impressions. F Four years ago, she took a leap and left her full-time corporate job to build RAD Social & Digital, a boutique agency specializing in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Through both Blondeats and RAD Social, Robin has collaborated with powerhouse brands like Broma Bakery, Freshii, Food Dudes, Knix, Dairy Farmers of Ontario, Heinz, Farm Boy, Cadillac Fairview, The Drake Hotel, UJA, Waterworks Food Hall, and Tim Hortons. With over a decade of experience, Robin is known for crafting strategic stories and scroll-stopping content.
