Our Letter to Prime Minister Trudeau
A lengthy and costly court battle is not in the best interest of Canadian taxpayers or JNF Canada. JNF Canada would welcome the opportunity to find an off-ramp and will, as demonstrated many times before, continue to do whatever is necessary to satisfy the expectations of CRA. The time has come for the CRA to abandon its decade long intransigence and enter into a constructive dialogue with us.
Unfortunately, however, arriving at a compliance agreement will not happen without the government's support.
