Hundreds gather for London BBQ supporting Israel
On July 7, JNF London hosted a delightful family BBQ event in support of rebuilding Kibbutz Kissufim. The hot and sunny day was filled with fun for children and warm conversations for the adults, attracting more than 100 attendees. It was heartening to see the strong support from the Jewish Russian community in London, who took the time to participate. The event featured a variety of homemade dishes, including delicious babaganoush and Russian vinaigrette. For those interested in the recipes, please reach out to Anastasia. The children had a fantastic time jumping in bouncy castles, getting their faces painted, and participating in a raffle where they coloured a tree for Israel. A quiz about Israel added an element of friendly competition, with wonderful prizes from a local beauty salon, including certificates for various procedures. A special thank you goes out to our generous London beauty salon for their support. The day was capped off with live Israeli music, adding an epic touch to an already memorable event.
