Nov 7: Judicial Review Hearing

Today, we had our judicial review hearing, asking for our status revocation to be put on hold until our appeal has been ruled on next year. We stood our ground, and our lawyer made a compelling case in our defense, arguing for procedural fairness, legitimate expectations, and the rule of law. 

The judge agreed to provide a ruling by end of day Friday (tomorrow), and we will share it with you following Shabbat. 

 One thing is certain: we will never stop fighting for our community and our mission. Together, we remain united and unwavering in our commitment to protecting JNF’s vital work for the land and people of Israel.
